The practice of natural movement will place you deeper within your body. Serving as a guide to efficiently using your body.

Strength Training

Through our modern lifestyle, without proper maintenance and training practices, certain joints will become locked up. To compensate, other joints will then become more mobile, taking on additional stress/load. This is where chronic pain comes in!

WHY?

Mindful Mortals LLC was officially started on March 21st of 2024. With the goal to create a health and wellness brand that emphasizes foundational health practices with mindfulness as its base genre. Leading to an increase in accessibility and compliance for "exercise programs". 

The message is to intentionally move into a healthier life, by slowly changing the way we interact with each moment. Building awareness with each moment allows us to make healthier choices. Becoming more and more self-aware in regards to physical form/fitness, thoughts/internal dialogue, and consumption/intake is a path to joyful freedom.

Just like building a brick house, these small moments compound into extreme benefits for our body, mental health, and relational network.

I believe through the practice of mindful self-awareness and foundational training, we can instill a desire for vitality and life.
